
Beautiful renovated premises, top-level chef, pure recipes from pure ingredients, a familiar atmosphere of owners and personnel and a display of works of art – these are the basic attributes of the restaurant, which, on the 1st of May 2015, is going to celebrate its 1st anniversary of its existence. The restaurant, along with spacious and popular apartments is situated right in the centre of our picturesque city on the upper Považie, which is spread across the valley of the river Váh between Považská Bystrica and Žilina, in Bytča.
The pleasant interior of the restaurant with its familiar atmosphere, its sense of beauty of art and its heart in the details, greatly complements the rich menu of slovak and international cuisine. Comfortable, modern, tailor-made furniture, a constant exhibition of paintings and art glass, flawlessly set tables and flowers add gentility and elegance to the atmosphere of our restaurant. Second to the whole atmosphere and the right restaurant spirit, if the respectful and charming personnel and the frequent presence of the owners of the restaurant.
An irreplaceable position in our restaurant is in the hands of our star, the young chef – Peter Mokriš. He frequently visits the visitors and personally explains the composition of our evening menu and consults all the flavours with the visitors. His meals contain a beautiful combination of native slovak recipes and elements of his own creation. A matter of course is a current menu of seasonal ingredients.
